h of our Human Capital Management solutions. In this role; you will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions, providing excellent Consulting Services to our customers while ensuring the quality and excellence of requested integrations files.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
As part of Global Integration Team you will work with implementation teams and the integration team to provide support around integration requirements for UKGPro Full Suite.
• Resources will have to be able to communicate clearly and be able to develop and read specs
• Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and budget
• Ability to assess, design, and test integration
• Ability to assist Sales, Presales, or Services teams with integration discovery and scoping
• Must be comfortable working within a cloud based environment
• Lead internal and external meetings with customers and carriers
• Manage integration timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources
• Maintain project management tools for all integration projects
• Participate in special projects to help improve and enhance the team’s best practices and processes
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience utilizing PC application software (MS Office)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Expertise in specialized functional areas (HRIS, Benefits, HR, Payroll or TLM etc.) and their systems to advise client on the integration of UKGPro solutions into their infrastructure
• Worked with VendorCarrier Data Feeds (834)
• Be self-sufficient/motivated but be able to work as part of a team
• Ability to translate requirements into working solutions
• Demonstrated communication skills – written and verbal (internal and external facing)
• Team focused to foster collaboration between team members
